At MONTANUS, wellness is right outside your door: a Finnish sauna included in the price, a private outdoor hot tub and a natural spa inspired by Vincenz Priessnitz and Sebastian Kneipp. The property lies on a mountain meadow in a quiet part of the village. You don't need a car to get into nature: hiking and cross-country ski trips start right from the garden. The nearest ski slope (Kopřivná, 400 m) and restaurant are about a 5-minute walk away.
A mountain getaway would not be complete without a visit to the sauna. Our built-in Finnish sauna is available to you all day at no extra charge. It is located on the ground floor behind the ski storage room and is accessible to guests of both apartments.
After a proper sauna session, you can relax and cool down in the rest area, which features a shower, a cold-water bucket, and comfortable seating.
The cottage has its own private sauna as part of the bathroom wellness area.

The outdoor hot tub is on an open-air terrace. After a day out in the surrounding hills, you can relax in hot, bubbling water. It is available from 1 April to 30 November.
The hot tub costs extra and must be booked together with your stay. It will be prepared and reserved just for you for your entire stay. It is protected by a code that you will receive by email before arrival.
Try cold-water hydrotherapy in our Natural Spa, inspired by the methods of Vincenz Priessnitz and Sebastian Kneipp. Kneipp hydrotherapy is traditionally used for cold hardening, supporting blood circulation and overall regeneration.
The Natural Spa is right in the garden next to the MONTANUS apartments and is free of charge for guests of the apartments and the cottage.
Procedures waiting for you: Kneipp water treading (stork walk), arm baths, affusions of the limbs, neck and whole body, the Priessnitz bench and a barefoot massage path. We recommend alternating the procedures with time on the sunny terrace and warming up your body through movement.

Enjoy your mountain stay as healthily as possible. In summer, rosemary, fresh mint and sage are waiting for you in the herb garden for refreshing drinks and meals. We recommend herbal tea made from fresh mint or a refreshing mojito.
Guests of the Priessnitz apartment have free use of a private gym with a weight bench, exercise bike, stepper, dumbbells, parallel bars, resistance bands, a kettlebell and exercise mats. The only condition is clean indoor shoes. More photos in the Priessnitz apartment gallery.
