MONTANUS Apartments & Cottage is family-run accommodation in Malá Morávka in the Jeseníky Mountains, Czech Republic. In a mountain farmhouse by a stream you will find two apartments, Priessnitz and Kneipp (each for 5 guests + an extra bed), and at the end of the garden by the forest stands a new cottage for 8 guests with its own sauna. Apartment guests enjoy a Finnish sauna included in the price, all guests can use the natural spa by the stream, and for an extra fee you can book a private outdoor hot tub.
What can you look forward to? Relaxing in the Finnish sauna, games with the children in the large mountain garden, grilling and smoking, sitting outside, roasting sausages over the fire pit and the natural spa right on the property. We would be delighted to welcome you as our guests.

Where exactly is MONTANUS?
In the quiet upper part of the village of Malá Morávka in the Hrubý Jeseník mountains, at Malá Morávka 143. The farmhouse stands on a mountain meadow by a stream at the edge of the forest; the nearest restaurant and ski slope are about a 5-minute walk away.
How many guests can stay?
Each apartment sleeps 5 guests plus 1 on an extra bed. The cottage has 8 beds. If you book all three units, we can accommodate up to 20 guests.
Is the sauna included in the price?
Yes. Apartment guests can use the shared Finnish sauna with a relaxation room free of charge throughout their stay. The cottage has its own private sauna.
Do you have a hot tub?
Yes, an outdoor hot tub on the terrace. You book it for an extra fee together with your stay and it is reserved just for you for the whole stay. It is available from 1 April to 30 November.
How far is the ski slope?
The Kopřivná ski slope is 400 m from the house, about a 5-minute walk. The Ski Karlov and Myšák ski areas are 5 minutes by car. A cross-country ski trail passes right by the house.
Can we bring a dog?
Unfortunately not, we do not accept pets.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am.
Is it suitable for families with small children?
Yes. We will prepare a baby cot with bedding, a high chair and toys. The garden has a sandpit and a large lawn for games.
Is the accommodation barrier-free?
Yes, the Priessnitz apartment on the ground floor is barrier-free.
How do I pay and what is the cancellation policy?
You pay a 50% deposit when booking and the balance 15 days before arrival. If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, we refund the full deposit. See our payment and cancellation policy for details.
